DMI has some of the most cutting-edge testing technologies available in medicine, including the area’s only Upright MRI machine. This technology, also known as Fonar, helps patients escape the stress involved in a traditional enclosed MRI chamber. Its open scan allows them to be seated or standing, and permits them to watch television during the test.
