Severe Back Pain – 9/2020
In severe back pain, I was a walk-in with a prescription in hand requesting an MRI. I had used the office once before in 2013 so I knew of its easy access location and facility testing capabilities. The office manager was sympathetic to my cause, checked on my insurance and within the hour I was able to have the MRI because she put me in the first opening! The super-fast wait time gave me the ability to line up a Medical Doctor appointment for the next day to get out of the severe back pain before the holiday weekend. The facility is super clean and comfortable, and the staff is the best. Thank you so much for the A+++ service, care and diagnosis.

Friendly and Helpful Staff – 8/2020
The staff was so kind. Eliza at the front desk was so helpful and got me an appointment so quickly. Also, the MRI Technician was very kind. I will definitely be recommending your facility to friends and family.

Extreme Pain, No Anxiety MRI – 8/2020
I had an appointment on 14 August, but being I was in such extreme pain my doctor called over to this open MRI and they were able to squeeze me in the same day, which was August 4, and in the midst of this Isaias storm. They were so accommodating when I got there. I met with Eliza and registered, took care of me. Started to sit in the waiting room and she right away immediately noticed how much pain I was in and because I was being a quick add in she asked if I would like to lay down and I definitely appreciated that, because of the pain I was in it’s better to lay down. She set me up in a room and I was able to lay down until it was my turn. When I got into the open MRI it was a wonderful experience, I had not one bit of Anxiety, it was open and I felt good there was a TV in front of me and the technician was just amazingly friendly, accommodating, caring, she really made sure I was comfortable afterwards. It was done quite quickly, and I was free to go. I want to just say what a wonderful place this is and Eliza is pretty amazing at the front desk. She even called me the next day, which I wasn’t expecting. I was to call her and she called me and sent me my report. I will give them as many stars as I can. This was a very much appreciated visit and no anxiety thank you very much and if ever I have to go to an MRI again it will be in an open dynamic medical imaging.
